RheaVita is a young, vibrant, innovative and ambitious company commercializing continuous freeze-drying technology for biopharmaceutical products. In addition, RheaVita offers pharmaceutical product feasibility studies and provides customers with pharmaceutical product and process development support using its continuous freeze-drying equipment.

Today, almost 50% of FDA and EMA approved biopharmaceutical products are freeze-dried to enable stable product distribution and shelf life without the need for expensive cold chain. Job description & main responsibilities

You will:

  • Support the development of a commercial strategy & roadmap for RheaVita based on a thorough market analysis.
  • Support the establishment and roll out of a strong and suitable marketing & communication strategy for RheaVita.
  • Explore and open up business development opportunities in promising market segments for RheaVita’s technology & services. Herewith, it will be your responsibility to identify proper leads.
  • Spot new business opportunities through listening to the market and take initiative to proactively approach customers.
  • Work with international clients and travel from time to time.
  • Be responsible for the organization of commercial and marketing events and for the representation of RheaVita at fairs, conferences, etc. with the aim of maximizing our positive impact.
  • Support the analysis of sales, marketing, financial and other analytics and reports to further improve RheaVita’s performance and growth.
  • Organize the participation at conferences and fairs. Represent RheaVita at conferences and fairs with a booth.
  • Stay up to date with our technology development progress and our different types of services to be able to provide optimal and innovative solutions.

The person RheaVita is looking for:

  • Has a feel for business development and commercialization of new production technologies in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Has strong commercial & marketing skills.
  • Has excellent presentation skills and can explain things simply, even when they are complex.
  • Is a good networker; you are a self-starter and take initiative.
  • Asks the right questions and carefully listens to clients in order to help them optimally, and truly understand and identify their needs.
  • Takes responsibility and closely follows up with customers in a timely manner.
  • Is a team player who is open to interactig with the complementary profiles within RheaVita.
  • Is fluent in English, both written and orally – knowledge of another language is a plus.
  • Is willing to travel to customers.
  • Has knowledge of (decision-making) processes at the Board level in pharmaceutical companies.
  • Is committed, enterprising and self-starting.
  • Has knowledge of cost estimation.

  • Convincing – be so confident and convinced of your own abilities (without being arrogant!) and the RheaVita technology, that this conviction can be transferred to the customers.
  • Negotiation – constructively lead commercial negotiations in the right direction for RheaVita.
