The RheaLyo Mono system is specifically designed for R&D work. It is the cornerstone of the RheaVita Continuous Freeze-Drying Technology. The machine is perfectly suited for very fast formulation and process development and optimisation using very limited amounts of product.

Thanks to the fast lyophilisation process (> 40 times faster compared to batch), the machine ensures a rapid evaluation of various process and formulation parameters on the Critical Quality Attributes of your product.

The optimised process as determined using the RheaLyo Mono system can be directly replicated on the GMP-Flex lines for continuous production. The scale-out principle reduces the Tech Transfer efforts to a minimum.

Without scale-up issues this technology provides shorter time-to-market opportunities.
